A service developed using a foundation of 15 years experience as a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to provide you with the highest quality evidence-based assessment, diagnosis and management of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.
The vision is to work in partnership with you to ensure you understand your condition and prognosis, offer you effective advice and therapy to help you move on from pain and get the most out of your body.
MEET YOUR PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Sophie Rooke:
Qualified from UWE, Bristol in 2009, completed 2 years of junior rotations in large NHS teams before specialising in Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapy in 2011.
Progressed as NHS Physiotherapist in teams in Bristol from junior to senior MSK roles, including 10 years running the Offender Health Physiotherapy Service at HMP Eastwood Park Prison.
Alongside this, gained 10 years experience teaching mat based Pilates classes face-to-face and online.
In 2022 completed training in delivering theraputic steroid and Ostenil injections and moved into working in Primary Care as a First Contact Practitioner and, currently work within this role in Keynsham, Bristol.
Passionate about strength training and a Crossfitter since 2013.
